We ship worldwide. There are a few countries we cannot ship to due to political issues. Non-US customers please read the "CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES and DUTY" information below.
~ USA CUSTOMERS:
The automatic shipping cost calculator may not always list the exact postage cost, but we have programmed it to keep as close to the actual postage cost as it can be made to calculate. In the event of a return, only the actual postage cost will be deducted from any refund.
~ USA TRANSIT TIME is usually less than 1 week, but the USPS does not consider a package overdue until the 21st day. Orders that are not received in 6 weeks will be replaced or refunded upon our receipt of a signed affidavit of non-receipt of order.
~ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

You may have to pay import fees, customs fees or duties, VAT, and/or additional handling fees when the product is delivered. Such fees are a normal part of purchasing internationally, and they are entirely outside our control or influence. For information on your country's fees, contact your country's Customs Bureau or relevant agency. The Customs Form we send with your order will be accurately and completely filled out. - In-stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders that must be made after purchase: Payment is required in advance. Fabric printing usually takes 12-14 days, and sewing, if included, will take an additional 10-20 days. Allow at least 4 weeks for dispatching of items that will be printed and sewn after purchase.
